Building Operation, Maintenance And Record Keeping Training Course

The Fire Department of the City of New York recently announced that ALL currently licensed FS/EAPDs will be required to receive additional training. As of October 4, 2010, all FS/EAPD renewals must be accompanied by a certificate showing that the applicant has successfully completed the 7 hour Building Operation, Maintenance and Record keeping Course given by a school accredited by the FDNY. It is anticipated that approximately 4,500 applicants will need to be trained within the next 12 calendar months and that approximately 13,000 applicants will require training within the next 36 months. To address this urgent need for training Global Security Group, Inc. will be offering this mandatory course. Training will be provided by Global’s professional staff of instructors, all of whom have been accredited by the FDNY and a variety of local, state and federal agencies. All classes will be given in the GSG training center located at 421 Seventh Avenue, Suite 500 (Fifth Floor) New York, NY 10001. This location is located above Penn Station and is easily accessible by mass transit.

The cost of this class is $150.00 per person. Please note that this certificate of completion does NOT expire and may be used for renewal at any time during the next three year renewal cycle. The current class schedule is as follows:
