This was a three year project and I can’t believe it’s finally complete. We both know how difficult this project was for all involved. You and your team navigated some difficult terrain, maybe unprecedented, and delivered what you promised back in early 2015. Our public authority and the State of New York thank you for your great work.  Thank you again.
