OSHA 10 Hour Training

Work SafetyThe Occupational Health and Safety Administration’s outreach program consists of training provided by OSHA authorized trainers. The goal of the program is to promote workplace safety and health in the workplace and provides workers with information about workplace hazards and their rights related to workplace safety and health.  The 10-Hour course is a basic program designed for entry-level workers. It is a voluntary program but many federal, state and local governments require completion of the OSHA-10 Hour for all workers employed on municipal projects and the OSHA-30 Hour for supervisors and site-safety workers.
