We have hired Global Security Group to write the fire safety plans for three of our hotels. Frank Papalia has been great to work with. He is responsive, thorough & is excellent at following up. Frank does what he says he will do, when he says he will do it. Not many people can say that! We have also sent people to his FSD training course. We believe his model of 5 consecutive half days, combined with his teaching approach, ensures a higher success rate that having students take the course once per week over several weeks. After years (yes years) of frustration trying to get my Fire Safety Plan approved, I decided to give Global Security a chance to complete my plan. It was a very good decision. Through it all Frank Papalia was always there to help us with all of the red tape that the FDNY put us through. They finally got our Plan approved. We sent our staff to their school for the fire safety director’s course. At Global Security they did an outstanding job preparing them for testing certification.
